Therapy Services

My specialties include supporting those managing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, pursuit of esteem and identity, school difficulties, and overwhelming life transitions. I proudly utilize an eclectic approach to therapy in order to address the individualized needs of each client.

Individual sessions with me are 1-hour in length. While I am not a family or couples therapist, I do see huge benefits in including clients’ greatest natural support systems in the therapeutic process; if this means including them in sessions on an as needed basis, I am all for it!

When beneficial, I also sincerely enjoy collaborating with other important providers in my clients’ lives, including doctors/psychiatrists, school systems, sponsors, coaches, and movement practitioners.
